There's no I in Team!

At Zizus we have a stringent recruitment policy that not only allows us to recruit the best talent, but also ensure that all of our practitioners work as a team, so that your child benefits from a seamless transition as part of their early years development.
We are dedicated to encouraging and training our staff on the importance of working as a team and ensuring everyone has a good understanding of what goes on in each room, so that they can develop a more diverse range of skills to cater for all children from 0-11. We are on target for all staff becoming First Aid qualified in the first half of 2020, with over 90% holding a current certificate, and the rest working towards it.
We have said a sad farewell to Ashleigh and Lauren this month who have been with us for some time, and are now ready to move on to pastures new.
We also wish Emma good luck, lots of rest and a temporary goodbye as she starts her maternity leave. We can’t wait to meet your little bundle of joy!
It has been a busy few months selecting the very best from a large number of applicants but we are now delighted to introduce you to our fabulous new staff:

Kirsten has returned to childcare after recently working as an entertainer at Parkdean Resorts. She has a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and has also completed the Foundation Degree in Childcare, Levels 4 and 5. Kirsten has previous experience working with a childminder and in a local nursery.

Chloe also joins us from a local nursery where she has worked for the last six years. She has an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and a Paediatric First Aid certificate.
